Outbound Lanal TBA

The Lanal TBA large family event management project, held at Wisma Bahari and Wisma Jangka, carried the concept of Team Building & Family Fun with the beautiful panorama of Lake Toba as its backdrop. The two-day series of activities included interactive outbound sessions between work units, a warm evening of hospitality, and a 3-kilometer leisurely walk to the historic site of Pesanggrahan Soekarno. With a focus on strengthening solidarity and togetherness, this event successfully integrated elements of entertainment and mental coaching in a relaxed atmosphere, making it an achievement in institutional event management that was able to create a memorable experience for all personnel and their families.
